12th March 2019
Today we are attending the annual general meeting of the association Agriculteurs de Bretagne. We have recently joined the organistion in early February of this year. The organisation counts 130 firms and 2700 farmers and followers.
Our 1st event with the organisation took place on saturday the 23rd February 2019 at the stadium Roudourou in Guingamp, Brittany. A special day was planned around the match between EAG and SCO ANGERS. A village was built close to the stadium and gathered for the occasion different animations on the theme of the Breton Agriculture. The afternoon was a big success with numerous stands, tasting and sampling on local products, live farm animals for the youngs and adults to enjoy and the promotion of carrers in the agricultural field.
The evening closed with the victory of the Guigamp team EAG. Exceptional day for Guingamp that attracted over 14000 people.
It was an opportunity for us to show our well-established expertise by exhibiting a 3 axles trailer in our home town. As usual, visitors were impressed by the size and the quality of our machines.
We are present in Obernai (67) at the ‘Salon de l’Agriculture de Demain’.
Organised by the regional Chamber of Agriculture Area Great East of France with the partnership of Alsace Bio, the OPABA, with the support of institutional and private partners, the fair AGRICULTURE DE DEMAIN is the meeting place of all farmers. It is taking place every 2 years in June on the site of 2 farms that are linked to 2 alsatian agricultural colleges (Obernai, Rouffach).
Reserved for the professionals of the agricultural and wine-growing sectors, this event presents each time diverse technologies and avant-garde and alternative agricultural practices : the aim being to display, in real life circumstances, a global vision of the existing operating methods that allows to combine productivity, competitiveness, business ventures and social and environmental issues.
The Giants’ crossing

Saint Piran has received a warm welcome at his arrival in Paimpol. On Monday the 14th of May, Saint Piran has started his long haul in Brittany, a voyage that will last just over 2 months and will come to an end with the setting up of Saint Piran on Saturday the 28th of July 2018 on the site of the Vallée des Saints.

On the side of the river ‘Trieux’, Saint Piran was gently lifted from the boat onto a ‘Chevance flat trailer’ that has been manufactured specifically for the transport of this statue. Our trailer will travel with Saint Piran on Brittany’s roads until the 28th of July.
Saint Piran will also travel by boat and train.
The trip of Saint Piran continues, he has comme through Guingamp and has then resided in the town of Belle Isle en Terre during 15 days.
He stayed on the old site of the Vallée Paper Mill next to the river Leguer. The convoy has come to the Biscuiterie des Isles at the entrance of the town at the exit of the N12.
